The practice of inclusion, which permits organizations and their people to benefit from diversity, must be grounded in individual experiences of inclusion and driven by the alignment of people’s behavior with inclusive organizational values, policies and practices. Creating inclusion requires ongoing dialogue and learning that are themselves inclusive and foster learning through experience. In this session, we will focus on learning about the pivotal role of leadership in embedding inclusion as an essential practice throughout the organization.
